There are three brand-name company offering home appliances; they are Gome, Yongle and Suning. You can go to their outlets or place an order online by visiting their websites. They offer refund policies as well as installation services, you can also bargain with their sales clerk.
When you are making an order at their outlet, sales assistant will ask you to fill a form, on which you should write down your address and phone number in order to provide the door-delivery service on the date you designated. Upon delivery, you should open and check the package and invoice immediately, then pay the left money for these products. If anything goes wrong with the product, you should first send it to inspection center whose address is provided at the back of your receipt, maintenance staff will help you to fix it or otherwise offer you a refund. But if the problem is caused by yourself, the product can not be refunded or replaced.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the payment can be refunded within seven days and the purchase can be replaced for the same model within 15 days. Remember to bring your invoice, POS ticket or other warrants to the chain store when you want to get refund or replacement. But for the deliver charge, it depends on who caused this event, if it is the problem with the purchase function, the outlet you bought the purchase from will pay the deliver charge, but if it is you don’t like or other, you will pay the delivery charge.
You’d better ask for your Chinese friend’s help or the agency’s help since most of their sales clerks cannot speak English and their Websites have no English version.
